Common questions
Pricing FAQs
Is £199 the final fee for everyone?
No—it is a starting point for straightforward UK SMEs once we have scoped volume and complexity. After the discovery call you get a written proposal with a fixed monthly fee.
What is usually extra?
Specialist one-off projects, deep systems migrations, audit support, or significant historic clean-up are quoted separately. Routine compliance you add later (for example payroll) becomes part of your retainer.
Can we change scope later?
Yes. Founders rarely stay static—we review workload quarterly or when your trading pattern shifts and agree any adjustment up front.
Do you tie clients into long contracts?
We work on clear engagement letters with sensible notice periods rather than multi-year lock-ins. The goal is a partnership that earns renewal each month.
