How do we get started?
We begin with a discovery call to understand how you trade, which tools you use, and what good reporting looks like for you. Then we agree scope, timelines, and access, and onboard you in a structured way so nothing falls through the cracks.
Do you only work with certain accounting software?
We are cloud-first and work with the platforms most UK startups and SMEs use—Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, and the payroll and automation tools around them. If you are already set up, we fit into your stack; if you are choosing, we help you pick sensibly.
Can you support our team in Spanish?
Yes. Several of our clients need bilingual support for schedules, filings, or internal finance conversations. We keep filings and records aligned with UK requirements while communicating in the language that works for your team.
What does a typical month look like?
